Stamatis (Tom) Dimitropoulos, MD is a board certified Cardiologist. He completed his medical training, Internal Medicine residency, and Cardiovascular disease fellowship at Rush University Medical Center Chicago, Illinois and completed a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.

He's been the director of the Vein Centers at University Medicine and Cardiology since 2010, and also directs the vein clinic in St. Joseph, Michigan. Dr. Dimitropoulos specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic venous diseases and offers non-surgical treatment of varicose veins.

Dr. Dimitropoulos dedicates 100% of his practice to the treatment of leg vein disease. This allows for very personalized, efficient and successful evaluations and treatment for patients. On-site ultrasound evaluation is readily available, to save patients the hassle of needlessly running around town (one-stop shopping).
